A message from the CEO
My journey investing in real estate began years ago while I was working in my former career as an Aerospace Engineer. I sat down one day to review my 401k and retirement plan and realized that my current trajectory was not enough to one day provide for my family nor to allow me the financial freedom that I dreamed off achieving.
I began to learn about investing and was intrigued by real estate due to its potential for superior returns, on going income and tax benefits. Paula and I began investing in right away with our own funds and quickly found success in this new endeavor.
After investing in single family rentals for a couple years, we decided to make the pivot to full time investing in large scale multifamily real estate. This was due to our new found passion in this industry, along with the desire to offer our friends, family and professional contacts passive investing opportunities in real estate.
Today, we continue our journey of investing in real estate with the hopes of helping as many people as we can to build wealth for themselves and their families. We hope you will join us along the way!

Our Strategy

ACQUIRE
We focus on acquiring class B & C multifamily apartments with value-add opportunity located in strong performing markets across Texas and Oklahoma.

IMPROVE
We partner with experienced property management teams to implement strategic upgrades and optimize operations, enhancing asset quality while maximizing returns.

STABILIZE
Once the value-add projects are completed, the operating income will increase providing higher cash flow for investors which are distributed in a quarterly basis.
4
SELL
After the property is stabilized and the cash flow opportunity has been maximized (appx. 3-7 years), we will sell the property and distribute returns in a lump sum.
