The Heights @ Midtown is a 106 unit C+ apartment complex in Tulsa, OK. We closed on this property July 2022 with a 4-6 year business plan to do light renovations and then hold. Although we just recent acquired this property, it has taken off and is doing well thus far into our ownership.
